I am a personal trainer based in West London. However, I do travel anywhere in London to carry out a training session. Whether you are at home, at your local park or at a more convenient place then I am more than happy to come and work with you. There is an option for online training programmes for people that travel a lot, not in London regularly or for those who just want to do a work out on their own.

Being a good personal trainer requires an understanding that everyone’s goals and fitness levels are unique. Whether you are someone new to exercise, a world class athlete or someone in between, I have a personal approach to suit each client I work with.

I believe in small sustainable lifestyle changes rather than short term quick fixes. Quick fixes do not work because successfully reaching fitness goals takes time, effort and dedication (concepts that are foreign in today’s “I want it now” culture).
