Personal Trainer in London

Need a personal trainer in London? Personal Trainer in West London with own private studio.

I also provide fitness sessions at home and outdoors. Furthermore, I offer online training & nutrition programmes.

I am a personal trainer based in West London. However, I do travel anywhere in London to carry out a training session. Whether you are at home, at your local park or at a more convenient place then I am more than happy to come and work with you. There is an option for online training programmes for people that travel a lot, not in London regularly or for those who just want to do a work out on their own.

Being a good personal trainer requires an understanding that everyone’s goals and fitness levels are unique. Whether you are someone new to exercise, a world class athlete or someone in between, I have a personal approach to suit each client I work with.

I believe in small sustainable lifestyle changes rather than short term quick fixes. Quick fixes do not work because successfully reaching fitness goals takes time, effort and dedication (concepts that are foreign in today’s “I want it now” culture).

My passion and drive will keep you on track and I promise to add variety, fun and to get the best out of you.

What do you want to achieve?

Strength & conditioning

Strength and conditioning includes speed, agility and endurance. It is designed to help you reach your optimum performance. Through a personalised program I can support you to enhance your sporting performance and reduce the risk of injury.

Flexibility work is just as important for a well rounded fitness routine as strength and cardio, especially if you spend a lot of time sitting in front of a computer. You will maintain your range of motion, prevent injury and improve your posture.

Muscle building

Building muscle helps to manage body fat - it can cut the risk of injury, slow the muscle loss that naturally occurs with age and increase bone density. Furthermore it will give you a great shape and increase your confidence.

Nutrition based on your body type and goals is imperative. There are countless advantages of good nutrition both in physical and mental health. Balanced nutrition provides you with energy, giving your body exactly what it needs and promotes good sleep.

Core stability

Physical strength starts from the core. Core training is a fundamental part of fitness training. A strong core will improve your performance, help with back pain and prevent injuries.

Fat loss

The best way to lose weight is to make small realistic changes to how physically active you are and your nutrition. Health benefits include improved mobility, decreased risk of heart disease and lowered blood pressure.
